1. Services Provided
Sweet Pea Seats provides professional car seat cleaning and sanitization services using child-safe, non-toxic cleaning products. Our services are cosmetic and hygienic in nature and do not include repairs, alterations, or safety certifications of car seats.
We follow manufacturer guidelines to the best of our ability, but we are not affiliated with any car seat manufacturer.
2. No Safety Guarantee
While we take great care when cleaning and reassembling car seats, Sweet Pea Seats does not guarantee the safety, crash-worthiness, or manufacturer compliance of any car seat after service.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Confirm their car seat is properly installed after cleaning

Ensure their car seat meets all manufacturer and safety guidelines

If you have concerns, we recommend consulting a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST).
3. Customer Responsibilities
By booking a service, you confirm that:

You are the legal owner or authorized user of the car seat(s)

You disclose any known damage, defects, recalls, or prior accidents

You understand that stains, odors, or damage may not be fully removable
Sweet Pea Seats is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or manufacturer defects.
4. Results Disclaimer
Cleaning results may vary depending on the condition of the car seat, type of fabric, and nature of stains or odors. While we strive for the best possible outcome, we do not guarantee complete stain or odor removal.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweet Pea Seats shall not be liable for:

Improper use or installation of car seats after service

Manufacturer defects or recalls

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service rendered.
6. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee

Sweet Pea Seats reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion
7. Payments
Payment is due at the time of booking of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept approved payment methods listed on our website or booking platform.
8. Health & Safety
We use non-toxic, child-safe products; however, Sweet Pea Seats is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Customers are encouraged to inform us of any known allergies prior to service.
